I recently completed a 7-day Kerala trip with my mother, and we booked the entire trip through Discover My Travel. Initially, we were a bit hesitant because most people suggested going with well-known brands like Kesari Tours or MakeMyTrip . However, while researching I came across their reel on Instagram , and their package price was significantly more reasonable compared to other companies. We decided to take a chance — and honestly, it turned out to be a great decision.
From planning to execution, everything was handled very professionally. Our coordinator, Mrs. Anshul, planned the itinerary carefully and was always available to answer any questions throughout the trip. Every location in the itinerary was well thought out and included the most important attractions of each place.
We started our journey in Munnar , where we visited beautiful tea plantations, spice gardens, and enjoyed cultural programs. Then we traveled to Thekkady for the tiger reserve and boating experience. After that we stayed in Alappuzha , where we had a wonderful stay in a deluxe houseboat.
The trip continued to Varkala where we visited the massive Jatayu Earth’s Center statue. Later we relaxed at the beaches in Kovalam and Golden Sand Beach , which were extremely beautiful and felt very international and exotic. Finally, we concluded our journey with a visit to the sacred Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple .
One of the best parts of the trip was our driver, who also acted as a guide throughout the journey. He stayed with us for the entire trip, was extremely humble, knowledgeable, and shared a lot of information about the places we visited. His planning and guidance made the experience much smoother.
The hotels provided during the trip were also excellent and comfortable.
Overall, the trip was perfectly planned and executed. It was a memorable experience for both me and my mother. I would definitely recommend Discover My Travel to anyone planning a Kerala trip.
A Journey to Remember
We were two families – 4 adults and 3 children – who recently traveled through Gujarat with DiscoverMyTravel, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful journeys of our lives.
Our trip started from Ahmedabad, where we explored the historic Sabarmati Ashram and enjoyed the stunning view from the Atal Bridge. From there, we visited the iconic Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The light and sound show in the evening was breathtaking, and the kids were amazed by the scale of this landmark – truly a must-visit in any Statue of Unity tour package.
Next, we moved towards Dwarka, where visiting the divine Dwarkadhish Temple filled our hearts with spirituality. A peaceful boat ride took us to Bet Dwarka, where the Hanuman Ji Temple with his son Makardhwaj left us amazed with its unique story and sacred atmosphere. It was one of the most memorable highlights of our journey.
Our trip continued to Somnath, where the evening aarti at the Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple was a truly soulful experience. For our kids, the most exciting part was the safari at Gir National Park – spotting the majestic Asiatic lions made our Gir jungle safari unforgettable!
Finally, we ended our trip in Diu, relaxing at the serene beaches, exploring forts, and enjoying fun-filled moments together.
This Gujarat family package was not just about sightseeing – it was about creating memories, sharing laughter, and spending quality time as a family. Thanks to DiscoverMyTravel, everything was so well planned that we only focused on enjoying every moment.
