Day 1 Arrival At Madurai

On arrival at Madurai airport railway station, our tour manager will assist you and transfer you to the respective hotel. Upon reaching, you will have to check-in at the Madurai hotel and relax for a while. Later, you will be taken for a temple tours like Sri Meenakshi temple, Thiruparankundram, Pazhamudhir Cholai, Koodal and Azhagar Temple. Later in the evening, come back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 2 Madurai-Rameshwaram
Rameswaram


After breakfast, you will have to check-out from the hotel and proceed to Rameshwaram. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and freshen up. After some time, get ready for a local sightseeing tour like Hanuman Temple, Arulmigu Ramnathswamy Temple, Dhanushkodi, 24 Kondolas and Pamban Bridge. After that, return back to the hotel for comfy night stay in the hotel.

Day 3 Rameshwaram -Kanyakumari

Morning after breakfast proceed to kanyakumari. Here visit to the famous Vivekanand Rock Memorial & Kanyakumari Temple. Enjoy an ever memorable SUNSET from there as it’s the point where Arabian Sea, Indian Sea and Bay of Bengal are joining together over night stay at Kovalam

Day 4 Kanyakumari Departure - Arrival At Chennai

Morning after breakfast proceed to kanyakumari. Proceed to railway station. Then proceed to Chennai. Once you arrive in Chennai, our representative will give you a warm welcome and escort you to your hotel. Check into the hotel and relax. Later, set out for a whole day of sightseeing filled with the wonders of this amazing town. Start by visiting the Marina Beach and then head to Kapeleeswar Temple which is one of the oldest temples in this town, built around the 7th Century CE. Also, visit the oldest fort in Chennai which is called Saint George Fort and also pay a visit to the stunning Santhome Cathedral along with National Art Gallery, St. Mary’s Church, Anna Zoological Park, Birla Planetarium and People’s Park. Enroute also take a quick look at the Kalakshetra and Theosophical Society before returning back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 Mahabalipuram: Transfer to Mahabalipuram via Kanchipuram

After a wonderful breakfast at your hotel, check out and proceed towards Mahabalipuram. Though the drive itself is amazingly beautiful you will also have a chance to stop en route at Kanchipuram to add to the fun. Also known as the city of 1000 temples, Kanchipuram is an ancient center of culture set up by the Pallava Kings. This city is considered to be one of the seven sacred cities in our country and as such enjoy throes of pilgrims throughout the year. If you plan your visit around festivals, you can see this city as well as Mahabalipuram in all its glory. After the temples, move on to visit the Shankaracharya Seer and then stop at the emporium to shop for Silk Sarees. Then you will move on to Mahabalipuram. Upon arriving in this age-old city, check into the hotel and relax for the night.

Day 6 Mahabalipuram: Departure

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and check out. After this, you will be taken on a guided sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram, where you will visit places like Mahishasurmardini Caves, Shore Temple, Krishna Mandapam, and Arjun’s Penance. Also, explore the true skill of architecture displayed at the Panch Ratna, 5 monolithic temples carved out of a single stone. Visit the Crocodile farm which is home to over 100 crocodiles. End your tour with a thrilling trip to the Snake Venom Extraction Center before you depart for Chennai.   3. Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.

Payment Policy
All Trips starting 21 days prior to departure: ( Domestic)
  1. 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
  3. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
  4. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.

  1. 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
  3. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date    30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date     50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date     80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date       100% of package Cost

*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.

Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is  postponed  before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e  Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .

Refund & Modification Policy
  1. For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
  2. The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
  3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.  
  5. No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
  6. Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
  7. Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
  8. No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
  9. No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
  10. In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
