Overview
Lakshadweep is a tropical archipelago of 36 atolls and coral reefs in the Laccadive Sea, off the coast of Kerala, India. Not all of the islands are inhabited, and only a few are open to visitors (permits required). Kavaratti, one of the more developed islands, is home to dozens of mosques, including the ornately decorated Ujra Mosque, as well as Kavaratti Aquarium, showcasing regional fish, shark and coral species

Itinerary
Upon arrival at Agatti Airport, our representative will guide the guests to the hotel, where they will receive a warm welcome with a refreshing drink. After a relaxing rest, guests can enjoy lunch at the property. In the evening, following tea, they will be taken on a guided tour of the island, which will include visits to the Agatti Museum (closed on Sundays) , Eastern Jetty, and the beach surrounded by the blue lagoon. After the tour, dinner will be served at the property. Meals: Lunch and Dinner. Overnight stay at Agatti.
On the second day, guests can choose to relax or engage in activities of their interest. In the evening, they will be taken to the nearby rocky island, commonly known as Kalpitty. Overnight stay at Agatti.
After breakfast at Agatti, our representative will guide the guests to the embarkation station for their transfer to Bangaram Island via a shared boat. Upon arrival, our executive will provide an overview of all the facilities available at Atolls Lakshadweep. After a comfortable rest, guests can enjoy lunch at the on-site restaurant. In the evening, they are free to explore Bangaram Island.

(The resort offers day trips to Thinnakara Island or Parali Island, available on a direct payment basis.)
During their day at Bangaram Island, guests can either explore the islands sights or choose to take a trip to Thinnakara by making a payment at the Water Sports Center.
On the final day of your adventure, after breakfast, we will arrange a shared boat transfer to Agatti Airport.

Policy
- For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.
For NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transactions: Payment needs to be made in the comapny name ie DiscoverMyTravel You can do by using net-banking in our current accounts . Any Payment made in personal account of anyone cant be entertained .
Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.
Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date 30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date 50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date 80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date 100% of package Cost
*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.
Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is postponed before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
- The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
- Packages rates are calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
- In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection.
- Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. After Check-in & after booking changes are not possible.
- DiscoverMyTravel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in Kerala houseboat is included) and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
- Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
- Gala dinner on Christmas 24th,31st/New year eve will be at actual cost.
- On Arrival Day Breakfast is not included in the package.
- Company is not responsible for missing sightseeing,destinations due to political strike or roadblocks. Missing meal due to early checkout or late check-in
- Rooms at all Hill stations (Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal and Ooty,Coorg,Himachal uttrakhand,Kashmir) are Non A/C as mentioned. If you require A/C, you can pay extra directly at hotels and upgrade, but depends on availability. If Heater required in Hotels that will be on Direct Expanse .
- All Personal Activities & Entry tickets are not included in the package
- Hotel check-in time is typically at 2:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM noon . May vary from hotels to hotels .Early check-in & late checkout as per hotel availability & might be on extra charges .
- The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, room heater charges, etc.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.
- Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary on point to point basis only and will not be at disposal. ( AC will not work on hills )
- Before confirmation of booking, Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc.
- DiscoverMyTravel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) and shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.

To complete the visit, the following documents are required: A color copy of the Aadhar card or passport at the time of booking. A Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the local police. station or an LTC certificate for permits. Scanned copies of a passport-size photo. Round-trip flight tickets. Please ensure all documents are submitted at least 20 days before the departure date which is subject to ground handling capacity of the island. TERMS & CONDITION If permits issuance is stopped by the government due to any reason, then Coastalin has the complete rights to amend the itinerary/cancel the booking. Additionally, if boat connectivity from Agatti to Bangaram is disrupted due to adverse weather conditions such as a cyclone or heavy rain, Coastalin holds the right to alter the itinerary. In the event of government protocol or policy changes, or VIP movement restrictions, travel to Bangaram Island may be restricted. In such cases, Coastalin reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the booking Please note that there is no guarantee the permit will be issued on time, as it is subject to government approval. In some cases, the permit may be received just one day before the guest's arrival, possibly late at night. For confirmed bookings, the Aadhar card has to be shared with the booking along with 2,500 per person. Consumption of liquor is p rohibited in Lakshadweep. Do not use/carry Alcoholic drink, intoxicants while on/travelling to the Islands. Extra cost will be levied by the guest due to flight cancellation/ delay. Any services/items/inclusions promised to the guest apart from the inclusions mentioned in the package needs to be paid by the Agent who promised the guest. Coastalin is not responsible for the same. Services/Inclusions promised apart from the package will be charged to the agent, if the agent fails to pay then the guest will be charged for the same. Coastalin reserves the rights to interchange the properties booked or change the guest stay to an equivalent properties until the last minute for whatsoever reasons. Check in time is 1400 Hrs and check out time is 1100 Hrs. Any extension may attract extra charges subject to availability. In case of amendments/cancellations due to unforeseen conditions like flight cancellation, vessel cancellation, delays etc. the itinerary will be interchanged or amended as per availability. This will be at coastalin discretion. Any dietary restrictions (Vegetarian, Jain food, allergies etc) needs to be mentioned at the time of booking for Coastalin to check and book suitable property if it can be arranged. If failed to do so please let the guest know that the same will be subject to availability. Excursions will be operated on extra charges (not part of the package) if weather permitting and must be booked at the counter. Please note that permit is required for each person (for all age groups including infants and children) travelling to Lakshadweep. In case the guest travels without permit Coastalin will be forced to cancel the reservation and send back the guest without any refunds.
