Kasol is a hill station in the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is known for its lush green forests, picturesque beauty and mini tourist destinations. Kasol is also known as the āAmsterdam of Indiaā and āmini-Israelā because of the huge influx of Israel tourists. Many Israelis find Kasol as their home.
Basic Information
- Welcome drink on arrival (Non Alcoholic).
- All accommodation as per itinerary

- All applicable Transfers and Sightseeing by an AC vehicle which will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the guest as per the itinerary only .

Itinerary
Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. You have to reach the boarding point of you own. Bus Departs from Delhi around 6 pm. Reporting time is 5:30pm near ISBT. We will provide you the office / boarding address on the ticket after confirmation. Travel overnight by AC Volvo Video Coach from Delhi to kasol . On the way bus stops at Karnal / Ambala for Dinner (Of your own).
Reaches kasol around 7/8 am. You can call up the transporter 10 mins before reaching kasol for pick up. Reaches hotel and Check in. After rest for 2 / 3 Hours later visit, the Kasol market and regions around. Visit Manikaran Gurudwara to take a dunk into refreshing hot water springs and have fun at the the langar feast. Invest some energy in the peacefulness of Parvati valley ā at the banks of Parvati River. ( trek will be own end) Come back to the hotel at night and overnight remain at the hotel.
After breakfast , Free from market & Afternoon enjoy . In evening travel by AC Volvo buses from kasol to Delhi full night.

Policy
- For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.
For NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transactions: Payment needs to be made in the comapny name ie DiscoverMyTravel You can do by using net-banking in our current accounts . Any Payment made in personal account of anyone cant be entertained .
Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We donāt have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destinationās local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.
Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure DateĀ Ā 30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure DateĀ Ā Ā 50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure DateĀ Ā Ā 80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure DateĀ Ā Ā Ā 100% of package Cost
*Special Note:Ā At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed asĀ per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.
Covid Special Cancelation Policy:Ā If the tour isĀ postponedĀ before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.eĀ Covid-19), We will issueĀ Credit NotesĀ to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
- The package can be altered/change as per the customerās requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by āA/C payee cheque onlyā, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable ā If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
- Packages rates are calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
- In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection.
- Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. After Check-in & after booking changes are not possible.
- DiscoverMyTravel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in Kerala houseboat is included) and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
- Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
- Gala dinner on Christmas 24th,31st/New year eve will be at actual cost.
- On Arrival Day Breakfast is not included in the package.
- Company is not responsible for missing sightseeing,destinations due to political strike or roadblocks. Missing meal due to early checkout or late check-in
- Rooms at all Hill stations (Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal and Ooty,Coorg,Himachal uttrakhand,Kashmir) are Non A/C as mentioned. If you require A/C, you can pay extra directly at hotels and upgrade, but depends on availability. If Heater required in Hotels that will be on Direct Expanse .
- All Personal Activities & Entry tickets are not included in the package
- Hotel check-in time is typically at 2:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM noon . May vary from hotels to hotels .Early check-in & late checkout as per hotel availability & might be on extra charges .
- The package price does not include ā Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, room heater charges, etc.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.
- Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary on point to point basis only and will not be at disposal. ( AC will not work on hills )
- Before confirmation of booking, Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc.

The best time to visit Kasol is between the months of October to June when the weather is pleasant and the wilderness at its best, especially around March and April.
Tosh is just 20 kilometers away from Kasol and the journey takes about an hour or so.
Kasol is a very safe hill station for all and is in fact filled with foreigners, especially Israeli tourists.
If you are fond of shopping and are good at bargaining, the flea market in Kasol is there for you. It has an amazing collection of pendants, trinkets, precious stones, super comfortable woolens and yeah, even hipster Bob Marley T-shirts at good rates.
Trekking, mountain climbing, and camping are the best and āmustā do activities in Kasol. The Kheerganga Trek and the Sar Pass Trek are extremely popular trekking destinations.
