Itinerary
On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station & transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”,Check , Explores any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of Elephant. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. enjoy jeep safari through the National Park. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
After breakfast proceed for Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the East". Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in to hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Shillong. Important note: Elephant rides are all regulated and controlled by the forest Dept. Govt. of Assam. We do not have any control on the booking. Elephant rides & Jeep safari are subject to availability only.
Explore Shillong: Visit key spots like Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak for panoramic views, and Umiam Lake. Don Bosco Museum and Shillong Cathedral are also worth checking out. Evening: Relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere or shop for local handicrafts.
After early breakfast Check out from hotel and drive to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy breathtaking view of the Umangot River. The highlight of Dawki is undoubtedly the Umngot River, known for its crystal-clear waters. Boating on the Umngot River is a popular activity, allowing visitors to witness the riverbed through the transparent waters. Drive to Cherrapunji: In the morning, take a 2-hour drive to Cherrapunji (Sohra), famous for its waterfalls and caves. Sightseeing: Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Seven Sisters Falls, and enjoy the lush landscapes. Stay Overnight: Spend the night in Cherrapunji, soaking in the cool, misty climate.

- For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.
For NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transactions: Payment needs to be made in the comapny name ie DiscoverMyTravel You can do by using net-banking in our current accounts . Any Payment made in personal account of anyone cant be entertained .
Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.

- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date 30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable

Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is postponed before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- Packages rates are calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
- In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection.
- Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. After Check-in & after booking changes are not possible.
- DiscoverMyTravel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in Kerala houseboat is included) and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
- Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
- Gala dinner on Christmas 24th,31st/New year eve will be at actual cost.
- On Arrival Day Breakfast is not included in the package.
- Company is not responsible for missing sightseeing,destinations due to political strike or roadblocks. Missing meal due to early checkout or late check-in
- Rooms at all Hill stations (Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal and Ooty,Coorg,Himachal uttrakhand,Kashmir) are Non A/C as mentioned. If you require A/C, you can pay extra directly at hotels and upgrade, but depends on availability. If Heater required in Hotels that will be on Direct Expanse .
- All Personal Activities & Entry tickets are not included in the package
- Hotel check-in time is typically at 2:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM noon . May vary from hotels to hotels .Early check-in & late checkout as per hotel availability & might be on extra charges .
- The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, room heater charges, etc.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.

Being one of the best tourist spots in Assam, at Kaziranga you may find plenty of options, including luxury resorts and budget hotels, most of which are located around the main entry point of Kohora. ANd, government accommodations are the most economical ones.
A jeep safari costs around Rs. 2000 per trip for a group of 4-5 people. However, an elephant safari costs slightly more.
On a tour to Kaziranga, you may enjoy elephant safari rides, go for a tea garden visit, and hop on a local village excursion.
The park opens at 1st of November and remains open till the end of March. The best time to visit Kaziranga is during December and January so as to witness the migratory birds along with other rare species.
