  1. For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
  2. For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
  3. Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.

Payment Policy
All Trips starting 21 days prior to departure: ( Domestic)
  1. 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
  3. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
  4. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.

If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
  3. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date    30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date     50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date     80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date       100% of package Cost

*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.

Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is  postponed  before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e  Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .

Refund & Modification Policy
  1. For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
  2. The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
  3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.  
  5. No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
  6. Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
  7. Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
  8. No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
  9. No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
  10. In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.

* Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability, the same shall be conveyed to guest on a day to day basis.
 * In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition, Natural Calamity Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/fight / Helicopter to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil or other island gets canceled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock, Neil Island or any other island,  These additional night / Nights of accommodation in Port Blair Havelock/ Port Blair / Neil Island or any other island will be on direct payment basis by guest, out liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets / Helicopter tickets / Flight tickets if booked by us. 
* Andaman and Nicobar group of islands are under restricted area please carry a valid photo ID issued by competent authorities, without which hotels may not entertain check-in.
* All Foreign nationals and Indian staying abroad holding a passport of a different country (PIO/OCI) needs to register themselves on arrival at Port Blair airport (immigration) which should have valid India .
* Our Executive will hold the placard outside the Airport Exit gate, the guest is requested to Reconfirm the flight details with our local tour manager before boarding the flight.*Issues regarding child age to be settled by the guest directly to the Hotel.
*In case of political unrest, non-availability of seats in pvt ferry, bad weather or the sudden breakdown of the vessel we may shift guest to alternative Govt ferry and no refund will be entertained during that situation.
* All the ferry service inland and inter-island may change the schedule without prior notice due to weather conditions, technical snag, operational requirement or commercial. we do not owe any responsibility for the same, our liability is restricted to the face value of the tickets only.
* All the hotels on Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island have early check out 0800hrs, guest having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.
* In case ferry to Neil island does not operate due to the schedule change or non-availability of seats in Private or Government ferry guest will be brought back to Port Blair and alternative sightseeing will be provided.
* All the Hotels in Port Blair and Havelock has extra mattress system they do not provide extra beds

Local sightseeing in Pahalgam is not included due to union restrictions in Pahalgam. 
we can either arrange a vehicle or guest can pay directly on spot for trip to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab valley @ supplement of INR 2500/- Per vehicle (08 Pax max to 01 Car). FYI our vehicle in Pahalgam can cover market & main area including Amusement park.         

  • Local sightseeing in Sonamarg is not included due to union restrictions so local attraction like Thajiwas Glacier can be done by ponies only (at direct pay basis).
  • Another attraction is Zero point taking local cab from Sonamarg taxi union cost INR 5000/- (direct pay basis). FYI our vehicle in Sonamarg can roam around market place & main Sonamarg only.
