Itinerary
On first day of Chikmagalur – Coorg – Mysore Tour Package , our representative will welcome you at Bengaluru Airport or Railway Station or your residence and drive to Chikmagalur , famous for its hill stations and also popularly known as the coffee land of Karnataka. Enroute visit Belavadi , a national heritage site and one of the important attractions in Karnataka tourism. The main attraction of Belavadi is Veeranarayana Temple . If time permits, visit Ayyanakere , the natural, ancient and biggest tank surrounded by high hills. On arrival at Chikmagalur, check in to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
Morning after breakfast, proceed to visit Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri . Mullayanagiri is the highest peak of Karnataka state located in Bababudangiri range. The height of Mullayanagiri is 6330 ft (1,930 meters) and it is regarded as the highest peak between Himalayas and Nilgiris. Then visit Kavikal Gandi Viewpoint, Honnamana halla (a small waterfall). Then drive to Baba Budan Giri , a range of mountains in Chikmagalur. Visit Manikyadhara Waterfalls , also known as Nellikai Theertha. Specialty of the Manikyadhara falls is that it will not get drained during the summer; instead the water remains icy cold. Then visit shrine/temple at Baba Budangiri , a mountain in the Baba Budan or Dattagiri range of the Western Ghats. Return to the Hotel and overnight stay at the Hotel.
After breakfast, checkout the hotel and drive to Coorg - the "Scotland of Karnataka" nestled in the Western ghats range and popularly known as Kodagu . On arrival at Madikeri, check in to the hotel. Evening visit to Abbi Falls , one of the picturesque waterfalls of Karnataka, located amid coffee estate and then proceed to Omkareshwara Temple - a temple having both Islamic and Gothic style of architecture. Then proceed to Raja Seat - a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. You can view the beautiful view of mountains of coorg from here. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing for half day covering Talacauvery - located in the picturesque location of Brahmagiri hills . Talacauvery is the origin of River Kaveri, a beautiful Talacauvery Temple built around it, Climb Brahmagiri peak and then visit to Bhagamandala which is famous for the confluence of the three sacred rivers, Kaveri, Sujyothi and Kanike. Visit to the temple dedicated to Bhagandeshwara (Lord Shiva) and get the blessings of the lord. Return to Madikeri. Evening, if time permits, visit to Mandalpatti or Mugilpete (by Jeep drive – at your own) one of the better known tourist spots known for magical beauty and an absolutely scenic place in Coorg offer breath-taking views of the mountain ranges covered in mist and dew. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
Morning, after breakfast, check out the hotel and proceed to Dubare Elephant Camp , a forest camp on the banks of the River Kaveri where bathing and feeding the elephants are done. You can enjoy the Elephant rides and bird watching at Dubare elephant camp in Coorg. Then, drive to Mysore , one of the heritage and cultural cities of India and well known for its palaces. on arrival at Mysore, visit world famous Mysore Palace . Evening, proceed to visit Brindavan Garden - the famous garden at the Krishna Raja Sagar (KRS) Dam after sunset, when musical fountains and colored lights transform this place into a magical fairyland. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Morning after breakfast check out the hotel and proceed to visit, Chamundi Hills , have a spectacular view of Mysore city from hilltop and visit Chamundeshwari Temple . Then drive to Bangalore, enroute, visit Srirangapatna , was the capital of the warrior king Hyder Ali and his son Tipu Sultan, having magnificent monuments. - For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.

Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.

- 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date 30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date 50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable

*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.
Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is postponed before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
- The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
