Overview

Marhabaan and welcome to Dubai! On your arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Settle into your luxurious room and spend the day at leisure exploring one of the most glamorous cities in the world. In the evening, cruise on the Dubai Marina on a traditional illuminated wooden boat called a dhow. Absorb Dubai Marina’s unrivaled architecture, opulent yachts, and breathtaking waterfront sights at its best! Go on an atmospheric dhow cruise Marina which is a sum up of magical sightseeing, delectable dining, and striking entertainment. Take in the glorious views of the lavish architecture of residences, resorts, and shopping facilities, as you feast on a scrumptious fare of international cuisines served in a sophisticated setting, which though exudes traditional charm. Adding to the dining experience are mind-blowing entertainment performances on board our dhow bounded by dazzling illumination and their multi-hued manifestation on Dubai Marina’s water.

Discover Dubai on an exciting city tour and ascend the magnificent Burj Khalifa, an iconic Dubai landmark. Later we will see the Dubai Fountain. A captivating water, music and light spectacle in Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Fountain is the world’s tallest performing fountain. At over 900 ft in length– equivalent to over two football pitches – The Dubai Fountain is situated on the 30-acre Burj Lake and performs a selection of different melodies. The fountain has a unique design comprising five circles of varying sizes and two arcs and features powerful water nozzles that shoot water up to impressive heights. Over 6,600 WET Superlights and 25 color projectors create a visual spectrum of over 1,000 different water expressions, while 50 color projectors provide a full spectrum of color with a total output of 1.5 million lumens. The fountain performs a range of different songs from classical to contemporary Arabic and world music. When operational, the fountain has over 22,000 gallons of water in the air at any given moment.

Policy
- For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.
For NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transactions: Payment needs to be made in the comapny name ie DiscoverMyTravel You can do by using net-banking in our current accounts . Any Payment made in personal account of anyone cant be entertained .
Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.
Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date 30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date 50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date 80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date 100% of package Cost
*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.
Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is postponed before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
- The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
- Rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Standard Check-In: 1500 hrs. & Checkout: 1200 hrs.
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to availability unless booked and confirmed in advance. D
- Delay in processing payment beyond stipulated time limit will result in rooms not available /auto released/ rate change.
- Depending on each hotel policy, there could be mandatory - refundable - deposits at the time of check in at the hotel.
- These deposits will differ from hotel to hotel and guests should be aware about such deposits and should deposit the same directly at the reception at the time of check in (this can be a cash deposit or a credit card block) and the hotel will refund the same at the time of check out.”
- Issuance of visa will be subject to approval from immigration however once visa is applied charges will be applicable and NO refund will be granted.
- In case of overstay – Guest will be held accountable to settle the fine imposed by immigration which is AED 100.00 Per day (Subject to revision from immigration).
- Once visas are handed over kindly do double check all the details, if any discrepancy found bring to our notice within 48 hrs., any claim raised beyond this stipulated time will be treated null and void.
- It is recommended from our side to book and confirm land / Hotel package only after issuance of visas.
- The above offered quote is valid only for this booking.
- Only inclusions mentioned above, upon confirmation of the booking day wise itinerary will be designed given based on availability and cost taken into consideration.
- Any deviation from suggested itinerary will attract additional cost.
- Any change in the number of passengers will lead to a revision of the quote.
- Vehicle used in the above quote is based on all guests arriving/ departing together in the same flight.
- In case additional transfers are required, same will be arranged at an additional cost.
- Kindly note this is just an offer quote and currently no services are being held for this booking
- For transfers to Abu Dhabi, PCR test rates for the guests are not included in the above rates
