Itinerary
Met upon arrival our driver will pick you by 10 pm from Delhi and proceed to Bir Billing for overnight journey.
On arrival check in to the bir billing hotel ( check inn time 12 pm) later rest and visit Deer park institure, Chokling monastary,, Baijnath temple and later proceed to bir billing site ( where you can do paragliding by own end) and later come
After breakfast check out and proceed toward Kheerganga on arrival check in to the camp and later proceed to kheerganga trek by own end Later in the evening return back to hotel Overnight stay at hotel in Kheerganga stay
After breakfast check pout and proceed to visit Kasol is a hamlet in the district Kullu of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated in Parvati Valley, on the banks of the Parvati River, on the way between Bhuntar and Manikaran. It is located 30 km from Bhuntar and 3.5 km from Manika and later in evening proceed to Delhi for onward journey to home

Policy
- For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.
For NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transactions: Payment needs to be made in the comapny name ie DiscoverMyTravel You can do by using net-banking in our current accounts . Any Payment made in personal account of anyone cant be entertained .
Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.
Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date 30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date 50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date 80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date 100% of package Cost
*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.
Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is postponed before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
- The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.

The best time to visit Bir Billing is during the summer months, April to June. Avoid visiting Bir Billing during the monsoon time and during the months of December and January.

Yes, you will get heavy snowfall at Bir Billing, if you visit the place during December or january.
You will find the cost of Paragliding in Bir Billing to be the lowest in India, they charge Rs 2500 per person for a 30 minutes flight. For anywhere else, the same amount would be charged for a 10 or 15 minutes ride.
Here comes the good news that there is no age restriction for paragliding, however if a rider is under 18 years of age, he or she would need their parent’s authorization to be able to ride.
Bir can be reached by an hour ride from Dharamsala too. Pathankot junction is 85 km away from Dharamshala.
A tour to Kheerganga will cost you somewhere around INR 2500-3000 which does not include the hotel or accommodation charges. You can reduce your overall expenditure by opting for a tent at INR 300.
If you are visiting Kheerganga, then you need to strategically plan your trip. You will need to walk the bridge after Barshaini and take a left turn, which will lead you to Nakthan village and further on to Kheerganga. Then from the village, you need to go right and hike up to Kalga village, which also leads to Toshi village.
The best time to visit Kheerganga is between the months of May to November, when the climate is more than just wonderful and from there you can continue your tour to Manali. It is advisable to not visit this place during the winter months, as the snow makes the trail hard and the stones become more elusive.
Kheerganga Temperature in winter months vary from 15 degree to – 10 degree in the night due heavy snowfall over surrounding Himalayan peaks. While in summers temperature remains pleasant from 20 degree in the day time to 2 degrees at night.
It is a 14 km long trek. It is not difficult but also not an easy trek for beginners. The last one kilometer is a really steep uphill climb. It takes most people about 6-7 hours to reach Kheerganga from starting point of trek.
