Itinerary
Upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport, you will be greeted and assisted by our representative after completing your custom formalities, transfer to the Hotel for check-in evening attend aarati at Pashupatinath Temple later drive back to Hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu Hotel.
After breakfast Kathmandu city sightseeing tour, visit Jal Narayan Temple (Sleeping Vishnu), Swoyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) ,Bouddhanath Stupa(World heritage site), Kathmandu Durbar Square (Living God Kumari) drive back to Hotel. Overnight is at a Hotel in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, drive to Pokhara (about 210 km, 8/9 hrs). En-route visit Manakamana Temple by Cable Car. Continue to drive to Pokhara.Arrive in Pokhara transfer to Hotel check in. Overnight at a Hotel in Pokhara.
Early morning 5 am drive to Sarangkot hills for Sunrise & Himalayan view (subject to weather condition) back to hotel take breakfast later visit Bindabasini Temple (Durga Temple) David water falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Seti River Gorge, and one hour boat ride on Phewa Lake and visit Taal Barahi Temple.Overnight at a Hotel in Pokhara.
After having a leisurely breakfast, drive towards Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu transfer to the hotel for check in. Evening is free for shopping by own. Overnight is at Kathmandu Hotel.
after breakfast, the morning will be comparatively free and closer to the time of your flight, you will be transferred to the airport in time to board your flight for onward journey.

Policy
- For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.
For NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transactions: Payment needs to be made in the comapny name ie DiscoverMyTravel You can do by using net-banking in our current accounts . Any Payment made in personal account of anyone cant be entertained .
Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
- 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.
Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date 30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date 50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date 80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date 100% of package Cost
*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.
Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is postponed before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
- The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
