Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is postponed before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
- The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. - In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
