Day 1 Chandigarh - Shimla
Shimla

Met upon arrival and transfer by road to Shimla. On the way visit Pinjore Garden ( after one hour drive from Chandigarh) , Parwanoo Enjoy Cable car Ride & if you want you can enjoy the . lunch Best Place for Lunch ( On Direct Payment basis) On arrival, check in at the hotel. Evening is at leisure on mall road. overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Shimla Local Sightseeing
Shimla

This morning, visit Kufri situated at an altitude of 2500 meters; just an hour drive from Shimla. Later in the afternoon, visit the Vice Regal Lodge and enjoy a walk down the Mall Road. Attractions on the mall road include Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre and the Town Hall. Enjoy shopping on the Mall Road. In the evening, return back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3 Shimla - Kasauli
Kasauli

Morning after breakfast check out the hotel proceed to Kasauli. Here visit Mall Road, Monkey Point, Sunset Point, Hanuman Temple. Over night stay at hotel.

Day 4 Kasauli - Manali

After breakfast, depart to Manali, a picture perfect hill station at an altitude of 1929 meters. Drive past Kullu Valley and Pandoh Dam. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Have dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel

Day 5 Manali local sightseeing
Manali

After breakfast, take a half day local sightseeing of Manali, visiting the 450 years old Hadimba temple, Manu Temple, and Club House. Visit the Tibetan Monastery and the handicraft center and walk to the nearby picturesque village of Vashisht known for its hot Sulphur springs and overnight stay at Manali hotel.

Day 6 Manali -sollang valley( If open Rohtang on direct payment basis)

Early morning take a half day excursion to Rohtang Pass/Rohtang snow point (Closed on Tuesdays). On return, visit Solang Valley. You can opt for adventure sports. Rohtang Pass: It is 51 kms | 2 hours from Manali. It is not accessible for almost eight months in a year as it is covered by snow. Guests are generally taken to the snow point on Rohtang Road, permitted by Border Security Force. In case a Tuesday falls on this day, guests shall be taken to the snow point on some other day as we have three nights in Manali. Solang Valley: It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley, 14 kms northwest of Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sports commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing. Note: All the adventure sports at Solang Valley/ Snow Suits at Snow point are on direct payment basis. Both the snow point /Rohtang Pass and Solang Valley will be covered on the very same day and the visit is subject to weather conditions.

Day 7 Manali – Kasol

After Breakfast ,c hcek out from hotel and proceed toward kasol, and on arrival check in to the hotel and rest for sometime and later visit, the Kasol market and regions around. Visit Manikaran Gurudwara to take a dunk into refreshing hot water springs and have fun at the the langar feast. Invest some energy in the peacefulness of Parvati valley – at the banks of Parvati River. Come back to the hotel at night where bonfire would be organized. Supper and overnight remain at the Camp.

Day 8 Kasol – Dalhousie

After breakfast check out from hotel and later visit dharamshala local sightseeing -, Dalai Lama temple Complex, Bhagsunag temple & Falls, Church of St. John, War Memorial, and Norburlinka Institute and later drive to Dalhousie. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. and overnight stay at hotel.

Post breakfast, take an excursion to Khajjiar, a scenic spot set amidst a backdrop of dense pines, deodars and lush green meadows.   1. For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
  2. For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
  3. Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.

Payment Policy
All Trips starting 21 days prior to departure: ( Domestic)
  1. 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
  3. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
  4. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
All Trips starting within 21 days to departure: ( Domestic)

  2. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
  3. FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
For International Package (Outside India):
  1. 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
  3. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date    30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date     50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date     80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date       100% of package Cost

*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.

Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is  postponed  before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e  Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .

Refund & Modification Policy
  1. For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
  2. The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
  3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.  
  5. No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
  6. Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
  7. Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
  8. No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
  9. No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
  10. In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
