Day 1 Trivandrum - Kovalam
Kovalam

On arrival at Cochin, you will be transferred to Kovalam, check in to the hotel (as per availability). Later, set out to enjoy some beach activities at the KovalamBeach. Stay overnight at the hotel.A delightful beach town located 16 km away from Thiruvananthapuram, Kovalam attracts a fair share of tourists from around the world. With its beautiful beaches and wonderful ambience, Kovalam simply delights every visitor .

Day 2 Kovalam (Day Excursion to Kanyakumari)
Kovalam

Morning after breakfast check out the hotel and proceed to kanyakumari. Here visit to the famous Vivekanand Rock Memorial & Kanyakumari Temple. Enjoy an ever memorable SUNSET from there as it’s the point where Arabian Sea, Indian Sea and Bay of Bengal are joining together. Return back to the Kovalam hotel. Over night stay at Kovalam.

Day 3 Kovalam - Varkala
Varkala

Morning having your breakfast get set go to next destination ‘Varkala’. On reaching the spot check-in to a beach resort and relax the rest of the time to explore the ultimate beach activities. And also spend some time at Virgin beach-Papanasam and thereafter visit the Sivagiri Memorial of Late. Sri Narayana Guru and Janardhana Swami Temple. After that let us have an Ayurvedic massage (optional on extra charge) at a reputed massage house and then  back to resort for overnight stay .

Day 4 Varkala - Thekkady

Morning transfer to Thekkady . Thekkady has one of the world's most fascinating natural wildlife reserves noted for its geography, diverse wildlife and scenic beauty. Arive at Thekkady and check-in at Hotel: Later afternoon boat ride on the Lake Periyar where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however are the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake (Wild life viewing is always dependent on one's good fortune). Overnight stay at the Hotel. Sightseeing:- visit periyar wild life sanctuary where you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more, mullaperiyar dam and spice plantations tour where one can shop exotic spices.

Day 5 Thekkady - Munnar
Munnar

Morning after breakfast check out the hotel and proceed to Munnar. enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvellous waterfalls, Sri Sringeri Shankara Math Sri Adi Shankara Janmabhoomi Kshethram, high mountains ,Spice Plantation Villages, with the low flying clouds passing by. On arrival check in to the hotel. Rest of the day at Leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar Hotel.

Day 6 Munnar Local sightseeing
Munnar

After morning breakfast start for full day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Here visit to Mattupaty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, Tea Plantation and Eravikulam Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy and relax near the tea gardens and appreciated the beauty of nature as you share romantic talks. Later return back on time to the hotel and enjoy the stimulating hot tea sitting outside in the garden. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Morning after breakfast drive to Alleppey. On reaching Alleppey, you will be transferred to your houseboat. Check in and relax for a while, before the houseboat takes you on a short ride across the beautiful backwaters of Kerala . Enjoy a locally sourced and deliciously cooked Lunch ,Dinner on the boat, .On this you will enjoy beautiful villages, paddy fields, small churches, temples and witness the day-to-day life of the villagers.   1. For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
  2. For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
  3. Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.

Payment Policy
All Trips starting 21 days prior to departure: ( Domestic)
  1. 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
  3. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
  4. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.

For International Package (Outside India):
  1. 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
  3. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date    30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date     50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date     80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date       100% of package Cost

*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.

Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is  postponed  before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e  Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .

Refund & Modification Policy
  1. For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
  2. The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
  3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.  
  5. No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
  6. Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
  7. Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
  8. No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
  9. No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
  10. In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.

  1. Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal and Ooty,Coorg are Non A/C as mentioned. If you require A/C, you can pay extra directly at hotels and upgrade, but depends on availability.
  2. In Houseboat Ac Timings will be 09:00 Pm to 06:00 Am . Houseboat accommodation is not that much luxury you cant compare it with hotels . In Houseboats check in time is 12:00 Pm & Check out timings 09:00 Am.
  3. In Thekkday Periyar wildlife boating tickets can be booked online by clicking the below link  https://www.periyartigerreserve.org/ . We suggest to book it online as sometime due to rush counter tickets are not available.

Eravikulam National Park Visit: Price : ₹120 for Indian nationals, ₹400 for foreign nationals (entry fee per person)

Tea Museum and Tea Plantation Tour Price : ₹100 to ₹200 per person (entry fee for the museum).

Mattupetty Dam Boating: Price : ₹300 to ₹500 for a 15 to 30-minute boat ride (prices vary based on boat type and duration)

Kundala Lake Pedal Boating:Price : ₹150 to ₹300 for a 30-minute pedal boat ride (prices vary based on boat type and duration)

Top Station Visit : Price: ₹20 per person (entry fee to the viewpoint) & ₹500 Vehicle charges.( Sedan)

Echo Point Visit :Price : ₹10 per person (entry fee to the viewpoint)

Elephant Junction Visit:Price: ₹400 to ₹1,500 per person (depending on the activities chosen such as elephant ride, elephant feeding, and elephant bathing).

  1. Packages rates are calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
  2. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
  3. In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection.
  4. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. After Check-in & after booking changes are not possible.
  5. DiscoverMyTravel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in Kerala houseboat is included) and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
  6. Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
  7. Gala dinner on Christmas 24th,31st/New year eve will be at actual cost.
  8. On Arrival Day Breakfast is not included in the package.
  9. Company is not responsible for missing sightseeing,destinations due to political strike or roadblocks. Missing meal due to early checkout or late check-in
  10. Rooms at all Hill stations (Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal and Ooty,Coorg,Himachal uttrakhand,Kashmir) are Non A/C as mentioned. If you require A/C, you can pay extra directly at hotels and upgrade, but depends on availability. If Heater required in Hotels that will be on Direct Expanse .
  11. All Personal Activities & Entry tickets are not included in the package
  12. Hotel check-in time is typically at 2:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM noon . May vary from hotels to hotels .Early check-in & late checkout as per hotel availability & might be on extra charges .
  13. The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, room heater charges, etc.
  14. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.
