Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.

1. 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
3. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
4. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.

Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
3. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date    30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date     50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date     80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date       100% of package Cost

*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.

Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is  postponed  before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e  Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .

1. For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
2. The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.  
5. No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
6. Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
7. Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
8. No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
9. No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
10. In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only. 

• Rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Standard Check-In: 1500 hrs. & Checkout: 1200 hrs.
• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to availability unless booked and confirmed in advance. D
• Delay in processing payment beyond stipulated time limit will result in rooms not available /auto released/ rate change.
• Depending on each hotel policy, there could be mandatory - refundable - deposits at the time of check in at the hotel.
• These deposits will differ from hotel to hotel and guests should be aware about such deposits and should deposit the same directly at the reception at the time of check in (this can be a cash deposit or a credit card block) and the hotel will refund the same at the time of check out.”
• Issuance of visa will be subject to approval from immigration however once visa is applied charges will be applicable and NO refund will be granted.
• In case of overstay – Guest  will be held accountable to settle the fine imposed by immigration which is AED 100.00 Per day (Subject to revision from immigration).
• Once visas are handed over kindly do double check all the details, if any discrepancy found bring to our notice within 48 hrs., any claim raised beyond this stipulated time will be treated null and void.
• It is recommended from our side to book and confirm land / Hotel package only after issuance of visas.
• The above offered quote is valid only for this booking.
• Only inclusions mentioned above, upon confirmation of the booking day wise itinerary will be designed given based on availability and cost taken into consideration.
• Any deviation from suggested itinerary will attract additional cost.
• Any change in the number of passengers will lead to a revision of the quote.
• Vehicle used in the above quote is based on all guests arriving/ departing together in the same flight.
• In case additional transfers are required, same will be arranged at an additional cost.
• Kindly note this is just an offer quote and currently no services are being held for this booking
• For transfers to Abu Dhabi, PCR test rates for the guests are not included in the above rates                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
  

1. Packages rates are calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
2. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
3. In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection.
4. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. After Check-in & after booking changes are not possible.
5. DiscoverMyTravel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in Kerala houseboat is included) and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
6. Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
7. Gala dinner on Christmas 24th,31st/New year eve will be at actual cost.
8. On Arrival Day Breakfast is not included in the package.
9. Company is not responsible for missing sightseeing,destinations due to political strike or roadblocks. Missing meal due to early checkout or late check-in
10. Rooms at all Hill stations (Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal and Ooty,Coorg,Himachal uttrakhand,Kashmir) are Non A/C as mentioned. If you require A/C, you can pay extra directly at hotels and upgrade, but depends on availability. If Heater required in Hotels that will be on Direct Expanse .
11. All Personal Activities & Entry tickets are not included in the package
12. Hotel check-in time is typically at 2:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM noon . May vary from hotels to hotels .Early check-in & late checkout as per hotel availability & might be on extra charges .
13. The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, room heater charges, etc.
14. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.
15. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary on point to point basis only and will not be at disposal. ( AC will not work on hills )
16. Before confirmation of booking, Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc.
17. DiscoverMyTravel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) and shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
18. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.
